Finally, it requires employers to train all employees on workplace safety and to create a workplace accident policy that details how they will deal with any accidents that may occur.

These posters should include information on the hazards of exposure to asbestos, and they should be placed in such locations where workers can least expect to see them. Finally, employers must periodically survey their work sites for safety violations. If found guilty, the employer may be fined up to two times as much as the actual cost of having to pay the worker for their loss.
